BuildNFuture – Germany acts as a consulting and operational support provider responsible for assisting with the technical operation and management of the platform.
By accessing or purchasing from this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of the Service
The platform provides educational training materials designed to help candidates prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.
Access to the platform may include:
- PMP certification preparation course
- Recorded video lessons
- Practice exams and exam simulators
- Downloadable study materials
- Access to the AI learning assistant (AI Agent – Shaher Digital Twin)
The platform provides training and preparation resources only.
2. No Guarantee of Certification
The platform does not guarantee passing the PMP exam.
Success in the PMP exam depends on multiple factors including:
- the student’s effort
- study commitment
- prior knowledge and experience
The course is intended to support exam preparation only.
3. Access Duration
Access to the platform is granted for 60 days from the date of activation.
After this period, access to the course materials and platform tools will automatically expire.
4. Renewal
Students may renew their access for an additional 60 days by purchasing a renewal package through the platform.
5. Account Usage
User accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in:
- temporary suspension of the account
- permanent termination of platform access
6. Intellectual Property
All materials available on the platform including:
- video lessons
- exam questions and simulators
- study materials
- software tools
are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
7. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
The platform does not store full credit card information.
8. Platform Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, occasional maintenance, updates, or technical interruptions may occur.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform operator, instructor, and BuildNFuture shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:
- misuse of the platform
- incorrect interpretation of course materials
- failure to pass the PMP examination
