Refund Policy
All purchases of the PMP Platform Access (60 Days) are generally considered final.
Access to the platform is granted immediately after successful payment.
Upon successful payment, students receive immediate access to digital learning materials, including:
- Course videos
- Exam simulators
- Digital study materials
- Access to the AI Agent – Shaher Digital Twin learning assistant
Due to the instant access to these digital resources and tools, refunds are generally not provided once the platform access has been activated.
However, refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical errors during the payment process
- Verified technical issues that prevent the student from accessing the platform
Any refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase date.
After this period, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
