Welcome to IntelligentPMP.com, an online learning platform dedicated to helping students prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.

This educational platform is operated and managed by the course instructor.

By accessing or purchasing from this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

The platform provides educational training materials designed to help candidates prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.

Access to the platform may include:

  • PMP certification preparation course
  • Recorded video lessons
  • Practice exams and exam simulators
  • Downloadable study materials
  • Access to the AI learning assistant (AI Agent – Shaher Digital Twin)

The platform provides training and preparation resources only.

2. No Guarantee of Certification

The platform does not guarantee passing the PMP exam.

Success in the PMP exam depends on multiple factors including:

  • the student’s effort
  • study commitment
  • prior knowledge and experience

The course is intended to support exam preparation only.

3. Access Duration

Access to the platform is granted for 60 days from the date of activation.

After this period, access to the course materials and platform tools will automatically expire.

4. Renewal

Students may extend their access by purchasing a new subscription through the platform after their current access period expires.

5. Account Usage

User accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in:

  • temporary suspension of the account
  • permanent termination of platform access

6. Intellectual Property

All materials available on the platform including:

  • video lessons
  • exam questions and simulators
  • study materials
  • software tools

are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through MEPS (Middle East Payment Services) and its authorized payment processing partners. The platform does not store full credit card information.

8. Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, occasional maintenance, updates, or technical interruptions may occur.

  • Limitation of Liability

The platform operator and instructor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

• misuse of the platform

• incorrect interpretation of course materials

• failure to pass the PMP examination

10. Trademark Notice

PMP is a registered trademark of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

This platform is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Cancellation Policy

  1. IntelligentPMP provides digital educational services with a fixed subscription period of 60 days.
  2. At present, subscriptions are not automatically renewed.
  3. Users are not required to cancel their subscription, as access automatically expires at the end of the purchased access period.
  4. If a user chooses not to purchase a new subscription, no further charges will be applied.
  5. Any refund requests are subject to the Refund Policy published on the platform.

Delivery Policy

  1. IntelligentPMP provides digital educational services only.
  2. Upon successful payment verification, access to the PMP learning platform will be activated electronically.
  3. Platform access is normally granted immediately after payment confirmation.
  4. In exceptional circumstances, activation may take up to 24 hours.
  5. No physical products are shipped.

Refund Policy

All purchases of the PMP Platform Access (60 Days) are generally considered final.

Access to the platform is granted immediately after successful payment.

Upon successful payment, students receive immediate access to digital learning materials, including:

  • Course videos
  • Exam simulators
  • Digital study materials
  • Access to the AI Agent – Shaher Digital Twin learning assistant

Due to the instant access to these digital resources and tools, refunds are generally not provided once the platform access has been activated.

However, refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors during the payment process
  • Verified technical issues that prevent the student from accessing the platform

Any refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase date.

After this period, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method used during the purchase
